Youlibang (hereinafter referred to as YLB) was founded in 2007. In the early days, the company mainly produced auxiliary equipment for furniture factories, such as unpowered roller conveyors and hydraulic lifting platforms, to address issues such as high labor intensity, disordered production, and unsafe production conditions.
In 2013, YLB started to develop and manufacture automated equipment, aiming to help furniture factories resolve pain points such as overstaffing and low productivity, and realize automated production and intelligent manufacturing.
Its product portfolio covers an extensive range of automation equipment, including intelligent vertical warehouse, loading and unloading systems for cutting machines, gantry robotic arms, left-right connecting equipment for edge banding machines, same-direction connecting equipment for edge banding machines, automatic feeding equipment for edge banding machines, edge banding machine return conveyors, six-sided drilling return conveyors, and three-unit as well as four-unit and six-unit connecting systems for six-sided drilling, intelligent sorting equipment and CNC packaging equipment, etc.
From 2015 to 2021, YLB completed a series of benchmark project cases, including high-end customized furniture manufacturer Vifa, premium mattress brand DeRUCCI, furniture brands Oppein and Sunpina, as well as American-style cabinet brand Anxin Furnishings.
For these manufacturers, YLB provided professional solutions covering product process design, workshop layout planning and equipment selection. We also followed through with production, on-site installation and commissioning, along with operational training and ongoing technical support.
