Safety: Assembled with anti-back nut, it ensures no loosening, no nut falling off, no roller falling off, no disassembly, and no board falling over.
The sharp edges of the main beam ends are fully enclosed, welded, and rounded to prevent scratching.
Genuine materials: Each meter of roller line weighs approximately 17 kilograms, with a load capacity of 400KG per meter. The roller wall is 1.5 thick and equipped with national standard bearings. The main beam is made of steel plates bent to 90*40 specifications, undergoing acid pickling, phosphating, and powder coating processes. The legs are made of 1.5-thick rectangular tubes, robotically welded for solidity, stability, and durability.
Design and Craftsmanship: The load-bearing design incorporates a safety factor of 1.2 times the actual load capacity. The design and production length are based on multiples of 500MM, allowing for arbitrary combinations that fit the factory layout, reducing the tediousness of on-site cutting and welding. The mechanical assembly utilizes a multi-point distribution connection, ensuring more balanced load-bearing capacity, and the U-shaped hole installation is more flexible and convenient.
